2.2 Dismantle: The mobile casino will dismantle equipment after the event ends. Additional charges may apply for extended hours.
3. Cancellation policy
3.1 Cancellation by the client: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours before the scheduled event to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 72 hours will incur a fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking cost.
3.2 Cancellation by the Mobile Casino: In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking due to circumstances beyond our control, we will refund the full amount paid and assist you in rescheduling your event.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment methods: We accept various payment methods including credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Full payment is required before the start of the event unless otherwise agreed.
4.2 Contingencies: A credit card authorization may be required to cover any incidentals such as damages or additional services requested during the event.
5. Responsibilities of the client
5.1 Behavior: Clients are expected to ensure that their guests behave appropriately. Any disturbances, including loud noise or inappropriate conduct, may result in the immediate termination of services without refund.
5.2 Damage: Clients are responsible for any damage to mobile casino property during their event. The mobile casino reserves the right to charge for the repair or replacement of affected items.
5.3 Loss or theft: The mobile casino is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Clients are advised to secure their valuables during the event.
6. Child and Pet Policies
